MVPVets focus is in assisting veterans who find themselves in the critical junction in their lives that is their transition from military service. This includes active duty service members within 12 months of their EAS, veterans who are within 24 months of their separation or are in the process of completing their post military degree.

Transitioning service members register by completing the form on this page and then following the instructions to create your account.

We value veterans of all eras, to include active duty spouses, wounded warrior caregivers, and immediate family of Gold Star families.

Through our signature online training (courses and certificates courtesy of our colleagues at LifeCollaborative), private career-search & matching engine, the MVPVets' Mentor-Match dashboard, and more - we have already laid the groundwork for all veterans to connect with employment opportunities and quality mentorship -- AT NO COST TO VETERANS!

We invite any and all active and former service members to contact MVPVets at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to discuss how we may best provide a helping hand in securing gainful and fulfilling employment.

Transitioning Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, Coast and National Guard and honorably discharged veterans join MVPVets to pursue a purposeful and fulfilling career in the life sciences with guidance from experienced mentors, in-person and cutting edge virtual training, industry recognized certifications, and networking. The career focus for veterans is in areas where they can leverage their military experience; business functions such as manufacturing, human resources, marketing, project and program management, supply chain, operations, etc.

Veterans can continue to serve in new way while learning from mentors, thought leaders, and professionals in the Life Sciences.

What’s not to love about being part of an industry that has positively influenced the lives of so many? Still, when it comes to actually landing that just-right job, veterans need every competitive edge they can get. Learning from respected professionals and mentors who are veterans themselves about the business, science, and technology associated with working in a MedTech and BioTech company takes veterans to the front of the line as high-potential talent.

Watch a brief interview with a veteran who has recently "graduated" MVPVets and is now serving as a Mentor.

MVPVets is the flagship program for transitioning veterans who are interested in a career within MedTech, BioTech, and Life Sciences industries.

MVPVets also offers job-readiness training to all participating veterans, even those who don’t envision themselves working in sciences.

Features include:

LifeCollaborative Certificate Based Online Learning: Successfully completing the eLearning programs in the LifeCollaborative (the Professional Development component of MVPVets) gives the participating veteran a Certificate of Achievement (or Record of Professional Development) with assigned Professional Development Units. Adding this to your resume is tangible proof to a hiring manager that you are the right fit for their company. Learn more about the LifeCollaborative Programs, which have been developed by industry leaders, by visiting and clicking the "Learn" pull-down menu.

Interactive Assessments: The People Style Profile, My Action Plan and My Workplace Style Profile give veterans the insight they need to engage successfully in civilian team settings.

Mentor Labs: MVPVets’s online Mentor Labs help veterans explore job function topics like project management, sales, government affairs, information technology and so many other areas sought by today’s MedTech and BioTech companies. Each of these labs is filled with tailored advice, tools, templates, articles, webinars and other resources provided by real-world professionals who are not only experts on the topic, but are former military themselves. These labs give veterans the language and context needed to engage constructively on a professional level.

eCommunity: This is the go-to place since the community allows veterans to engage with others who are also pursuing their next career AND because veterans can take advantage of unique career development resources. The eCommunity is a way to network with others, stay up-to-date on industry news and announcements, watch videos, download resources, and attend regional or national industry specific events.

Resume Posting: Participating veterans can post up to 10 resumes in MVPVets’s exclusive resume database which is then viewed by Human Resource professionals and others actively recruiting to fill job openings. This allows you to target specific job functions that MedTech and BioTech companies are posting.

Job Matching: The advanced job matching feature links your skills and objectives with jobs that are open in supporting companies. All you need to do is complete your Professional Profile Page after you sign up.

No Fees: There is no cost for MVPVets Veterans. All you have to do is simply answer some qualifying questions. The people behind MVPVets are former military themselves who are now working in the MedTech and BioTech industries and have committed themselves to building a bridge to meaningful employment for those of us who have also served our country. This isn’t a hand-out or a charity. The resources available to you via MVPVets are worth between $1500 to $3500, and the costs are covered by the companies that support MVPVets.

I finished the BioTech Immersion Program... and was recently hired by a Biotech company. There are many factors that led me to getting the job, but I know that mentioning on my resume that I completed the BioTech Immersion Program also contributed to me gaining employment with that company… again my sincere appreciation!

Great news! I started Monday with Advantage Health Systems! I will be selling our Hospice Service to S SD Docs, DoD & the VA. Ideal for me. Lots of growth opportunity!...

I just want to THANK you for all of your support & encouragement over the past year+. It was tough. But this is good, and the Market won’t shrink, so I feel good about this.

I cannot thank you enough for the experience I had at the MVP event. I have attended a lot of workshops and events and hands down that was one of the best ones I have attended.

It was at the event that I really got the 1 on 1 help I needed.

The value is clear for those of our staff who have gone through the eLearning programs. The expansive cross-training nature of the learning architecture has us all speaking the same language and to the same business standard.
